The frame and swivel is made of steel that finished in black with the option of an all chrome frame. The chrome finished footrest perfectly accents the black finish of the frame and seat.
Warranty: Regal Manufacturing Company, Inc. warrants its products for one year with normal use and a 10 year limited warranty on the steel frame.
